楊宏兵先生，1972年9月出生，工學(xué)學(xué)士、管理學(xué)碩士，高級(jí)工程師。1995年畢業(yè)于華中理工大學(xué)（今華中科技大學(xué)）機(jī)械學(xué)院鍛壓專(zhuān)業(yè)，獲工學(xué)學(xué)士。2015-2018年就讀于華中科技大學(xué)管理學(xué)院，獲EMBA碩士學(xué)位。于1995 年加入華新水泥股份有限公司，先后任本公司設(shè)備動(dòng)力處工程師、干法分廠設(shè)備主管工程師、宜昌公司總經(jīng)理助理、宜昌公司副總經(jīng)理兼二期建設(shè)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理、宜昌公司執(zhí)行總經(jīng)理、秭歸公司執(zhí)行總經(jīng)理、鄂西區(qū)域生產(chǎn)總監(jiān)、鄂西區(qū)域總經(jīng)理。2011年2月起，先后任本公司鄂西南水泥事業(yè)部總經(jīng)理、華新環(huán)境工程公司總經(jīng)理、董事長(zhǎng)、本公司水泥業(yè)務(wù)部主任。2011年2月至2016年1月，任本公司助理副總裁；2016年1月起，出任本公司副總裁。

Mr. Yang Hongbing, born in September 1972, Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Administration, senior engineer. In 1995, he graduated from the School of Mechanics of Huazhong University of Science and Technology majoring in Forging and Pressing. From 2015 to 2018, he studied at the School of Management, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He joined Huaxin Cement Co., Ltd. in 1995. He successively took the positions of the engineer in Mechanics and Power Department, chief engineer in Dry Processing plant, assistant of the General Manager in Yichang Company, Deputy General Manager in Yichang Company and Project Manager for the phase II construction, Executive General Manager of Yichang Company, Executive General Manager of Zigui Company, Regional Production Director in Hubei West, General Manager of Hubei West Region. Since February 2011, he successively served as General Manager of Hubei Southwest Cement Business Unit, Chairman and General Manager of Huaxin Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd., and Director of Cement Business Unit of the Company. From February 2011 to January 2016, he was AVP of the Company. He became VP of the Company in January 2016.
