劉鳳山先生，1965年11月出生，新加坡南洋理工大學(xué)公共關(guān)系學(xué)碩士，高級(jí)工程師。1987年7月畢業(yè)于昆明工學(xué)院選礦專(zhuān)業(yè)，獲工學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位。1987年至1998年8月，先后任大冶有色金屬公司赤馬山礦技術(shù)員、車(chē)間主任、副礦長(zhǎng)、礦長(zhǎng)、黨委書(shū)記；1998年8月至1999年8月，任大冶有色金屬公司銅錄山礦礦長(zhǎng)、黨委書(shū)記；1999年8月至2002年1月，任大冶有色金屬公司黨委副書(shū)記、紀(jì)委書(shū)記；2002年1月至2004年4月，任黃石市紀(jì)委副書(shū)記；2004年4月至2006年10月，任大冶市委副書(shū)記、市長(zhǎng)；2006年10月至2006年11月，任黃石市委副秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)；2006年11月至2011年9月，任黃石市民政局局長(zhǎng)、黨組書(shū)記；2011年9月起，任華新集團(tuán)有限公司董事長(zhǎng)、總經(jīng)理，華新集團(tuán)有限公司、華新水泥股份有限公司黨委副書(shū)記。2012年4月起，任本公司董事。2012年6月起，出任公司副總裁。

Mr. Liu Fengshan, born in November 1965, obtained master’s degree in public administrations from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, senior engineer. Mr. Liu graduated from Kunming Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, majoring in mineral processing in July 1987. From 1987 to August 1998, he served as technician of Chimashan Quarry, workshop manager, deputy quarry manager, quarry manager, and secretary of the party committee of Daye Nonferrous Metals Group. From August 1998 to August 1999, he served as a quarry manager of Tonglushan Quarry and secretary of the party committee of Daye Nonferrous Metals Group. From August 1999 to January 2002, he was the deputy secretary of the party committee and secretary to disciplinary committee of Daye Nonferrous Metals Group. From January 2002 to April 2004, he served as the deputy secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Huangshi City. From April 2004 to October 2006, he served as the deputy secretary of the Daye Municipal Party Committee and the mayor of Daye City. From October 2006 to November 2006, he served as the deputy secretary-general of Huangshi Municipal Party Committee. From November 2006 to September 2011, he served as director-general and secretary of Leading Party Group of Bureau of Civil Affairs of Huangshi City. Since September 2011, he served as the Chairman and General Manager of Huaxin Group Co., Ltd., as well as deputy secretary the party committee of both Huaxin Group Co., Ltd. and Huaxin Cement Co., Ltd. He became a Director of the Company in April 2012. He has been the vice president of the Company in June 2012.
